Synopsis:
If the player has rescued Omeluum from the Iron Throne, then he is in the Lodge for the Society of Brilliance. He tells the player about the events that led him to be imprisoned on the throne, reflects on the outcomes of the rescue (whether the other hostages/Duke Ravengard were saved), and provides them with a reward for his rescue.

38. Player: Why were you down there in the first place?
5. : My meeting with you led me to a most unsettling conclusion. That my kind had begun to exert influence through this 'Cult of the Absolute.'devnote
50. : I felt illithid interference would not be conducive to this plane's survival. I sought out other infected individuals to ascertain the truth of my hypothesis.devnote

89. : Instead, we have selected a series of items from the Society's vaults. devnote

49. : As was to be expected. It was only a temporary measure, but one I believed might give you time to find a genuine explanation for your tadpole's stasis.devnote
69. Player: So I've been wearing that ring for nothing?
66. : You wore it because you believed it helped. Therefore it was helping you. Your belief was the ring's purpose, and it served it well.devnote
47. Player: I could have been killed!
20. Player: You tricked me. I cannot abide trickery. DRAGONBORN
78. : The ring possessed no ability to interfere with your tadpole's stasis. You were in no more danger than before. However, I understand you are disappointed.devnote
41. Player: That's legitimate - my master used similar conceptual tools to focus my mind during training. MONK
